Vision

Sensors should not be rigid

People are soft, and so is everything they touch — mattresses, seats, clothing, the fingertips of a robotic hand. Rigid sensors are temperature-sensitive, break easily and will not conform to a curved surface, leaving machines to sense people through a hard shell. We believe the sensing layer itself should be soft — soft enough to be sewn into anything.

Technology

Two in-house technology platforms

Both the piezoelectric and the pressure platforms are developed in-house, with manufacturing that does not depend on an external supply chain. Our Dongguan plant runs third-generation production equipment of our own design.

Platform 01

Flexible piezoelectric sensor

An organic ferroelectric electret converts mechanical vibration into a faint charge, capturing physiological signals as small as a heartbeat or a breath.

  • Form — thin film, conforms to the product's curvature
Platform 02

Flexible pressure sensor

A textile piezoresistive construction that solves the crease-failure problem of film sensors, continuously measuring and mapping surface pressure distribution.

  • Distribution — arrays into a grid, outputting a pressure map
  • Size — from a strip to a full bed, made to the application

Adaptive seating

Body-pressure sensing for adaptive car seats and adaptive sofas: occupancy, posture and pressure distribution in real time. Flexible film laminates onto cushion and backrest without changing the existing structure, driving automatic support adjustment.
